Feeling Raw

Yeah.. why is it I have to wait until I feel so totally raw before I take action? As you can see from previous posts I have yo yo’d on and off raw food since I stumbled across juicing back in 2005.   My life has reached a real crappy place but I’ve decided to make it better – after all I am the ONLY person who can do that eh!

One of the ways I’m going to do that is use this blog as a journal too – an online diary to keep track of what I’m putting in my gob as hopefully this will make me think a bit more before i stick my finger in a jar of Nutella…
