*imagine me dancing round my kitchen* ooooooh yesssssssssssss, I’m getting a dehydrator. NEVER thought I’d get excited about buying a piece of kitchen equipment but I’ve been dreaming of owning one of these for ummm… well, a very, very long time.
Eating more raw vegan stuff, there are some essential kitchen items you need really, to be able to make anything you please – in fact I should write an article about it. One of those things that you try and convince yourself isn’t essential, is a dehydrator but really.. to add variety and texture – some good old fashioned MOUTH FEEL and oral pleasure – it’s an essential bit of equipment.
I need to stop rabbiting on about it here though as I have to get the video uploaded or it’ll be midnight and I will turn into a pumpkin, or a rat, or something… I’ve added some food photos at the end of this video and after seeing DiscoveringRaw.com I realise I really, REALLY, need to be taking more photos of what I’m eating and drinking, especially if I’m creating something that looks pretty.
