This lovely man decided to ask me out on a date and well, I did it – today! We met in Worthing and although I thought I was early – HE was earlier and laughing at me standing around playing with my hair and looking all nervous. Luckily I eventually spotted him and he immediately started taking the mickey and must have read gullible across my forehead as I fell for him saying he appeared in a tv programme. *lol* I don’t watch much tv so i said ‘really???’ and he just laughed at me. D’oh! as Homer would say. John sells antiques online and specialises in silver, copper and brass and hopefully he’ll put his url in a comment as I cannot remember what it is – so you can see why he was sort of believeable.

So I dragged him into a solicitors as it looks like the sale of my ex family home may be going through YAY, then we went to sit on a comfy sofa in Barneys and natter away – and yes John, I saw the brief video you made while I was in the loo!

Thank you for my date, for your entertaining company and most of all for the hugs – they were the best! Although no romance bloomed, maybe I’ve got a new friend now – one I can wind up easily just by wafting some garlic or green vegetables near him *lol*
