yeee harrrrrrrrrrr yep, I have wrestled my Excalibur dehydrator out of its box AT LAST, and share the exciting moments with you.  Who’d have thought unpacking parcels could be so thrilling?!

Please excuse the state of me in the introduction- am sat here in my dressing gown after enjoying a totally decadent bubble bath.  Something I’ve not done in ages.. and I even managed to languish uninterrupted (apart from Chloe coming in for a pee once), to read the first chapter of my book, Rhythms of Vision: Changing Patterns of Belief by Lawrence Blair.  It’s going to be a deep and interesting read for sure.
