Aaah, bikini day again… and all I can say is oh pants! Well I said a lot more than that but I’m a ladeeeee dontcha know so try to keep that kinda stuff in my head (my friends may tell you otherwise but don’t believe a word of it *grin*)
So here I am – practically naked on a gray cold day in West Sussex in front of my webcam just for you.
I do keep looking at before and after photos of tummy tucks, that sure would be a lot quicker but I’m not very good with pain and I don’t like the thought of the scar and I really can’t rely on a 14 and 12 year old to look after me post op. They would take great delight in my discomfort and resort to trying to feed me a constant supply of baked beans or lumps of cheese as their culinary skills aren’t exactly, shall we say, developed (despite Chloe’s mates being in awe of her ability to make scrambled egg – I would like to be in awe of her being able to scrub the saucepan clean afterwards)… and they think it’s kinda odd the amount of time I’m stood at my juicer lately… probably why they’re so scarce – they are wary of me getting them to taste my green ‘sludge’ lol.
Well as you just saw I’ve not been stood in front of my juicer much this past week after all *cough*… but all is not lost and I’m sat here writing to you with a very tasty late brekkie in a glass. And yes it IS thick and green but mm mmm mmmmm! What’s in it? I hear you shout.. well lemme try and remember ummm….
1.5 Braeburn apples, 0.5″ slice of fresh pineapple, 1 stick celery, 1/3 cucumber, parsley, half a slice of lemon unpeeled, spinach then I blended in half an avocado with some spirulina, bio acidophilus, wheatgrass powder and udo’s oil and ice. I should think of a witty name for it, ummmm, The Yummy Mummy maybe or Super Sludge!
I’ll update this post with what else I’ve eaten today this evening.. being accountable does make me think more about what I’m putting into my gob and writing it in here would be a good discipline as it will hopefully encourage me to make more regular posts. You could jot what you’re nibbling on into a notepad if you like.. and I mean EVERYTHING even if it”s one mouthful – just do it for a week maybe. hahahah when I did that I suddenly realised why I was such a pork chop.
Ok I’m off to find a new look for my blog and start getting that all ship shape then I can do what I love – surf the net and stick my tongue out at the rain from the warmth of my living room. Hope you’re having a ‘totally awesome’ day ;D

To recap from the video – this week I weighed in at 9 stone 9lb / 135 lbs / 61 kilos and am 30% body fat – UP 2lb / 0.6kg from last week and UP 1% body fat

You are awesome…I love that you’re making yourself accountable by putting it all out there! (You are much braver than me!) And woo-hoo…only 2 lbs. up after a laid back week?? Not bad lady! I’m sure that after a day or two of clean eating, you’ll drop right back down. Keep up the good work!
Dawn, thank you for your comment and I know, it’s a miracle i only went up 2lbs that week!!! lmao… unfortunately I was a slack harry this week too but feel so bloated from eating the bread and seeing myself on video I am inspired to stop faffing around so much this week… also knowing I have you watching me is a good incentive *grin*
