Raw Food Weight Loss – Day 03!

Well here’s another video for you – no bikini tho!!! *lol* As you’ll see I’m looking a bit tired this evening. I’m sleeping really well but have been feeling cold and felt the need for extra rest today…

What I ate today:

I didn’t eat ’til lunchtime as I just wasn’t hungry and then I had a salad with prawns on it with some marie rose sauce – a good choice considering all the lardy choices on the menu at the wondeful Crown & Anchor pub in Shoreham. I even managed to take Spencer in a cake shop to get him a treat as (and didn’t scoff anything) – it was his twelfth birthday today – funny how kids birthdays can make you feel old – luckily only momentarily *grin*

After his dad picked him up I do confess to…

… eating a croissant I’d bought Chloe but she didn’t make it home from her friends… while I was eating it I was thinking – this tastes dead, why don’t I just throw the rest of it away? Ahhhh emotional eating for ya – at least I didn’t spread Nutella all over it too. Knackered, I thought I’d like down for a bit at 5.30pm and woke at 8.00pm – gawd!

Now normally, I’d drink a bottle of wine on a Friday evening – I don’t drink much but I have fallen into the habit of drinking on Friday’s but because of this challenge I thought I’d not do it this evening and see what happened. I made myself a green juice (savoy cabbage, celery, an apple, carrot, courgette and some spinach blended in) – you can see the result in the video, was yummy :P

I’ve been sipping water and after some initial pangs because I was in Second Life and my friends were drinking, I got over it and decided to log out and use the bandwidth to upload my video I’d just done. I will log back in there in a bit probably as there are some great dj’s playing this evening and I’m sober and at home and well – it’s some kind of human interaction and I love MJ and Gracie. We are dressed up in dressing gowns and curlers… ok I am starting to sound a bit nutty now *lol*

And exercise? Well I ran for 21 minutes!!! then I did my set of 4×50 crunches, 8 full pushups then continued on my knees til i reached 21 – how fab! Tricep dips I did afterwards and managed 12. I better see some results with this amount of effort *grin*
