Well a month (ok a bit more than that) of personal abuse feeding my body all manner of crap and coiffing vast amounts of alcohol have certainly taken their toll resulting in a stupendous jelly belly, lumpy bumpy skin and lacklustre eyes… not to mention sluggish digestion but I won’t go into THAT just yet.
So.. having crammed as many peanut butter sandwiches into my gob as I could muster, yesterday, I woke up with renewed vigor and good intentions – even RUNNING – then made this video after my bath. My sister Nicola is going to fall over in shock I think.
Anyway here it is – me on day one of my raw food weight loss challenge for 2010, bikini and all, so don’t say I didn’t warn you! Weight and measurements below.
